Frequently asked questions
Foundations, associations and other non-profit organizations can use EventKey for free. All features and integrations are included. Free tickets are always at no cost — there are no charges as long as you don't charge for tickets. Only when you sell paid tickets via the webshop, you only pay the bank costs of €0.22 per ticket (at cost, no profit margin). The condition is that you refer at least 1 commercial organization or request a sponsorship. See our terms for the Non-Profit license on the about us page.
You pay monthly based on the maximum number of members or items, with a minimum of 100 units. The first 10 members are free, or you choose a flat rate of €25 per month. Inventory and tags cost €0.05 per item per month, with the first 20 free or €25 per month flat.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or hidden costs. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the billing period.
For the Single Event plan, connections with external systems are available, such as Exact and Banster, plus data exchange via CSV. For the Commercial plan, connections are available on request. For Custom plans, connections are fully tailored.
