What is a "member"? A member is a registered user, or anyone who signs up through the webshop for a ticket that does not require payment (such as a free event or known visitors). Tickets that don't require payment are charged at your plan's per-ticket rate.

Paid tickets: Tickets sold through the webshop with a payment cost a flat €0.60 per ticket — all-inclusive. The subscription per-ticket rate does not apply on top.

* Non-Profit: for organisations that run mostly on volunteers (foundations, associations and other not-for-profit bodies). Requires that you back up your application with at least 1 commercial organisation as sponsor or client; see our Non-Profit licence terms.

All prices include VAT. Subscriptions are billed annually.

Frequently asked questions

Non-profit organisations — mostly run by volunteers (foundations, associations and other not-for-profit bodies) — can use EventKey free of charge. All features and integrations are included, and free tickets are always free. Paid tickets sold through the webshop cost a flat €0.60 per ticket (all-inclusive). The condition is that you back up your application with at least one commercial organisation acting as sponsor or client. See our Non-Profit licence terms on the About page.

Subscriptions are billed annually. What differs between Basic, Club and Pro is the per-ticket rate: Basic €60/year at €0.15 per ticket, Club €228/year at €0.12 per ticket, Pro €720/year at €0.09 per ticket. Pro additionally bundles custom features and custom integrations. Tags and inventory items count as tickets and are charged at your plan's per-ticket rate. Paid tickets sold through the webshop cost a flat €0.60 per ticket — all-inclusive; the subscription per-ticket rate does not apply on top.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no automatic renewal without confirmation and no long-term contract. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid year.

All subscriptions support CSV import/export and standard integrations on request (such as Exact and Banster). With the Pro plan, custom integrations and tailored features are always possible — there's no separate custom package needed.
